Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities.
  • Coordinate business generation activities and develop customized sales strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company service offerings.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and provide responses with high quality and performance standards.
  • Facilitate sales of services according to company and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to prevent discontinuation of services.
  • Administer all client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot client service issues and schedule field service calls as required.
  • Manage and process correspondence with clients.
  • Schedule client appointments and document all customer transactions.
  • Prepare new contracts and handle incoming calls related to contracts.
  • Analyze client requirements and assist in preparing service contracts.
  • Supervise online chat sales calls for clients.
  • Utilize proven sales skills to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Tech with any specialization or any Degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales with strong analytical, networking, and management skills.
  • Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
