Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities.
- Coordinate business generation activities and develop customized sales strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of all company service offerings.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and provide responses with high quality and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of services according to company and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to prevent discontinuation of services.
- Administer all client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot client service issues and schedule field service calls as required.
- Manage and process correspondence with clients.
- Schedule client appointments and document all customer transactions.
- Prepare new contracts and handle incoming calls related to contracts.
- Analyze client requirements and assist in preparing service contracts.
- Supervise online chat sales calls for clients.
- Utilize proven sales skills to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech with any specialization or any Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Passionate about sales with strong analytical, networking, and management skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
